Jhoan oversees investment strategy and fundraising, leveraging deep expertise in private equity, structured credit, and sports finance. Over his career, he has led more than $500 million in transactions across growth equity, leveraged buyouts, and structured credit, primarily focused on sports, media, entertainment, and technology. At Fz Sports, Jhoan heads corporate development, leading all M&A, financing initiatives, and strategic investments spanning leagues, media rights, and acquisitions. He has served on the boards of several companies, including Fz Sports, Ata Football (acquired by DAZN), Soundwaves, and Vytal. Jhoan holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and risk management from Florida State University.

Matías is a seasoned entrepreneur and sports media & tech executive, who has spearheaded the creation and growth of Fz Sports since its start in 2016. As part of Fz Sports’ growth, he has led two successful M&As and post-merger integrations, raised over $100m in equity and debt capital, and overseen 300+ sports rights agreements across the Americas, Europe, Asia, Africa and Oceania. Previously to his work at Fz Sports, he co-founded six diverse organizations, which have collectively touched millions of customers across over 100 countries, including the largest crowd-funding initiative in Latin America. He holds an MBA from Stanford University, and a degree in Industrial and Computer Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile.

He brings extensive experience in corporate finance, capital markets, and operations, having served as CFO of Vi-Da Tech, Flybondi (also as interim CEO), and Bioceres. Andres held senior finance roles at CBS and NBC Universal and began his career at Goldman Sachs, executing M&A and financing transactions in the U.S. and Latin America, with a focus on media and communications clients. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a CPA degree from Universidad Catolica Argentina.
